Kütahya merkezinde bir gece kaldığım otelde 2 durum beni rahatsız etti. Gece vale yoktu. Aracınızı ücretsiz otoparka kendiniz götürmek zorundasınız . Otoparktan otele asansör var . İkincisi ise odanın klimasını ayarlamak mümkün değildi. Oda çok sıcak ve ben sıcakta yatamam. Klima ayarı var ama çalışmıyor muhtemelen. Camı açtım o da güvenlik açısından çok az açılıyordu. Bunun dışında otelin,odanın , banyonun ve yatakların temizliği çok iyi. Klima olursa severek yine kalırım . Personeller çok candan ve güleryüzlüler .

Room was OK, restaurant and breakfast were fine, reception staff were welcoming and it had a parking garage

Our room was at the back, away from the main road but someone in the buildings behind the hotel was playing very loud music late that night. Maybe a club or bar? No fresh orange juice at breakfast. Quite expensive relative to other, slightly better, hotels we have used in Turkey.

Otelde bi gece konaklama fırsatımız oldu personelin kibarlığı ve kahvaltıda ekstra bişeyler yememiz için birkaç kez sormaları çok inceydi.. Odalar temiz lobi kısmı çok ferah ve büyük,kahvaltı malzeme çeşitliliği gayet yeterli ve kalitesi çok iyiydi..Kütahya seyahatlerimizde tercih edeceğimiz tek adres burası olacak..

Repair needed in hall carpet. It was torn and separated. Simple repair but ignored. Breakfast and reception staff was excellent.

The rooms are clean. The hotel is in the city center.

There is a Night club next to the Hotel. When I first asked to the reception when the music will stop, they said the music stops around at 00.30 a.m. or 01.00 a.m latest. I made the second call at 02.00 and they said "sorry but there is nothing we can do"..(They offered us a two bed room) and when I called and complained to them at 2.40 a.m they finally said that "there is a cancellation " (at 02.40 there is a cancellation!! not a "no show! ").., so, finally they agreed to move us to the other side of the building. we changed rooms at 03.00 a.m.!!!!!! We needed to wake up at 7 a.m. and I was so angry, and I could not sleep well afterwards. At the end it is not a 30, -USD Hotel that you could expect anything but at Hilton?? if you are expecting a Hilton comfort that is not that Hotel. Any Hilton inspector would take their name away...

The localition was perfect in the city centre.The other good thing was the staff,they were very helpful, kind and always ready for what we needed.Room was big enough and I appreciate that it was water and iron.It was also really clean.

The things I didn't like was that the room keys often didn't work so we had to go to reception and ask for a new one. The other thing was that it was a liquid soap in the shower ao shampoo for hair and body l
