Good standard throughout. The staff is very nice and helpful. We appreciated the valet service for the car. The internet was excellent. The beds were comfortable.

The shower was disappointing but this is probably because of the water pressure.

The property is conviently located but their air condtioners do not work properly rooms are extremely hot had to request service twice to fix still not working properly suffered entire stay.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Kütahya. Staff super helpful with parking and printing out a document, and lots of good eateries in the neighbourhood.

Très bien pour un court séjour. Nous avons passé une nuit en chemin vers Istanbul. On était au 2ième étage...un peu de bruit de la rue bien qu'on nous avait assurés qu'il y en aurait pas...Dpommage que le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus

The room wasn’t very nice, the windows didn’t seal properly so there was noise and draft, the queen size bed was quite small for 2 persons, the breakfast was decent.

Kütahya’ya ilk defa gelecekler için gayet sorunsuz risk almadan konaklayabileceğiniz bir tesis.Çalışanlar nazik ve ilgili. Otel genel anlamıyla temiz, merkezi bir konumda. Çevrede bir çok yeme içme alışveriş imkanı mevcut. Binanın yanında Migros var. Odalar normal büyüklükte, ısınma sorunu yok. Buklet malzemeleri vermiyorlar, şampuan diş macunu gibi ihtiyaçlarınızı yanınızda götürün. Bir çok Hilton otelinde konakladım ilk defa bu bakım kitleri yoktu, diş macununu isterseniz extra para ödeyip temin edebilirsiniz dediler, saçma geldi. Otel terliği mevcuttu. Sigara içilen odaları var rezervasyon sırasında talep etmelisiniz. Restaurant fiyatları İstanbul’da ortalama bir mekan ile aynı ancak alkollü içecek menüsü pahalı ve çok az çeşit var. Kahvaltısı idare eder klasik otel kahvaltısıydı. Otelin yangın merdiveni ve söndürme sistemleri katta ve odalarda mevcuttu buna özel olarak baktım:( Genel olarak memnun kaldık güzel dinlendik teşekkür ederiz.
