Breakfast was good and hot

So Saturday morning me and my family put my grandma to rest. Don't know who was working Saturday night.did dinner Saturday night with the family and then when back to the hotel and just wanted to relax and when to the hot tub to have some time to myself and it was like ten at night who was working at the front desk let a kids to swim so they were yelling and screaming so the pissed me off a bit.

Convenient. We are ADA. Appreciate how convenient and assessable our room was.

We contracted a food borne illness from the breakfast provided.

Pool was very clean, warm, and fun. Staff were nice.

The beds were not comfortable. Very springy. But everything else was exceptional

The pool was the highlight for the kids... that was the reason we chose this hotel, and would be the only reason in hindsight. definitely more shabby and worn than pictures and the hot tub had extremely strong chlorine... our eyes were burning after just a few minutes of sitting in it, and continued burning for half an hour. The pillows were better than some hotels...not the big hard pillows.

We got to our room and could instantly tell it was not clean. The bed was not made, towels on the floor, and bloody tissues on the counter. The lady at the front desk apologized a bit and said there was a new cleaner working and gave us a different room. At first glance it was clean, but throughout the evening I found urine on the toilet, numerous hairs and hairballs in the washroom, and a filthy vent. Only one washcloth for the whole group, and calls to the front desk wouldn't go through. The breakfast was mediocre, some of the breakfast sausages too tough to cut. Of course, when we mentioned our bad experience to the gent at checkout, he was not authorized to give a discount and those who were weren't coming in for several hours.
