La situation géographique est exceptionnelle, le personnel est adorable et le petit dejeuner à tomber (sauf quand vous êtes avec plusieurs cars de touristes étrangers qui se ruent sur le buffet sans se préoccuper des autres mais ce n'est pas de la faute de l'etablissement)

Staff was kind, location perfect, beautiful building. Great restaurant and bar. Comfortable room.

We stayed here for 2 nights and found the hotel to be perfect for our needs - great location, good food and a comfy bed! We would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and the room included many thoughtful and helpful unexpected details (steamer for clothes, Bluetooth radio, heated towel bars, for example). The reception staff was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious and included many options even for the gluten free traveler. The wine bar was lovely and the location could not be beat!

The building had a few steps (3-4) we had to negotiate with our luggage on the way to the room instead of rolling. I only mention this as we have difficulty lifting the luggage, others would probably not be bothered.

Fabulous stay! Fantastic location to explore Oslo during our brief visit. Lone at reception was delightful and super helpful. My partner said the breakfast was the best buffet he has ever had so a wonderful experience all around

Not very modern. No USB charging points

We stayed in room 628 which had an internal view looking out over a central area, so not a good view. The safe wasn't fastened down, so we didn't use it. The room was of good size even for 3 adults in the room, though the bed was a little hard for my liking. Room was cleaned daily and towels refreshed, if you didn't have your room cleaned they would donate €1 to some charity. The lift slow but with a really funny poem with jokes about it, so no offence taken 😅. The breakfast was very good with a good choice and views of the city if you sat near a window. If you want a latte you have to ask and they will make one for you. All staff were really friendly and helpful especially the ones on reception. We ate in the restaurant once and food was excellent but they only do pizza and gelato as they are there speciality, and again great staff. The tram and bus stops to get to all parts of the city are about 5 minutes walk away behind the National Theatre. I would have no problem staying here if I was in Oslo
