The breakfast arrangement was terrible. No opportunity to serve yourself. Ridiculously small portions. Complete disaster. I won't go back to this hotel and would not recommend. In the end I felt uncomfortable and eat next to nothing.

Très belle terrasse, bon restaurant 😊 Espace spa bien équipé 👍

Lit trop bas et trop petit. Salle de bain très vieillotte. Conseil : une douche italienne à la place de la vieille baignoire et son rideau 🙃 Pour un 4 étoiles 😕 Manque la climatisation dans la chambre Chambre mal insonorisée Piscine extérieure beaucoup trop chaude 29°, quand il fait 28° à l'extérieur 🥵 Pas de petit déjeuner en self service c'est dommage !

- tolle Lage (abgeschieden/ländlich und trotzdem per ÖV erreichbar) - sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - Spa- und Wellness Bereich sind modern und top ausgestattet

- Der Balkon: Leider nicht so gut gepflegt; überall klebte verkrusteter Vogelkot; sogar an den Fenster. Daher Abzug beim Zimmer.

SPA très agréable et cosy Restaurant exceptionnel, un délice Cadre calme et enchanteur Personnelle très pro et agréable Chambre propre, salle de bain grande

Matelas trop dur selon mes gouts. Mal au dos durant la nuit. Cependant le lit reste de qualité.

"Ressemblance partielle aux photos"

La chambre ressemble que partiellement aux photos et la salle de bain est vraiment pas belle avec encore une baignoire. Beaucoup trop chère. On aurait dû aller sur Neuchâtel même. Dommage.
