Die Damen an der Rezeption Irene und Silvia waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir spät angereist sind war die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt doch wir wurden über WhatsApp hervorragend eingecheckt und angeleitet. Haben am späten Abend nach der Ankunft über WhatsApp sogar noch Tipps für den nächsten Tag bekommen. Sehr freundlich. Wir waren im Januar im Residence Casa e Vela weil wir mal den See und die Annehmlichkeiten ohne den Rummel im Sommer genießen wollten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer über den See und die verschneiten Berge im Hintergrund war traumhaft. Die Palmen direkt neben unserem großen Balkon und am See haben einen schönen Kontrast dazu gebildet.Die Heizung im Zimmer hat sehr gut funktioniert und für die Sommermonate gibt es auch eine Klimaanlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Irene und Silvia

Posizione perfetta, vista mozzafiato sul lago terrazza panoramica e camera ben arredata e cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. Percheggio facile e titolari super gentili e disponibili. Un piccolo market a disposizione e ambiente curato.

Insonorizzazione alle finestre . La strada trafficata sotto si sente parecchio la notte e il fatto di non poter abbassare le serrande a zero purtroppo rende il rumore del traffico percepibile in camera.
