Martini Hotel

De locatie was prima.

Het was rumoerig met veel groepen, de douche is heel klein en niet comfortabel, het ontbijt was beperkt.

Overall, we had a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful, the interior decor was very nice and the location was perfect (close to the city centre). There was also an atmospheric bar with a billiards table and a restaurant.

The only downsides were minor inconveniences. Our view out the window was of another building, which also prevented sunlight from reaching the room in the morning. Birds (doves or owls) woke us up at night with their cooing/hooting. The motion sensor in the bathroom was placed in a way that the lights would go off about two minutes into a shower, and you had to get out of the shower to get the lights to come back on. We also didn't have a fridge.

Location

The room was difficult for 2 people. The reception told us that there have been no renovations since the 1980’s and once in the room we understood. Terrible furniture, uncomfortable bed, and the bathroom was terrible as well as the carpet in the room. With the window open the room filled up with restaurant smells but with it closed it was without air.

airco didn't work at all

I had to ask for a refund and went looking for another hotel that night. Which then cost more due to urgency

Everything was bad. Smells bad. Location zero
