"Nice and confortable hotel"

We stayed at this hotel (urban hotel Amadeos) while visiting Lisbon. The room was confortable, clean, very clean bathroom and excellent WIFI connection. Staff very helpful and multilingual. Even the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Good value for money

"Bad experience, never repeating or recomending"

Horrible experience in every sense. Just as an example, not even the A/C was working in the hot days. The hotel knew, but pretended for 1.5 days they didn't and it was gonna be fixed soon. The room was moistly, dusty, uncomfortable and a bit disgusting. We wanted to cancel our reservation but the hotel denied claiming it wasn't possible since it was booked through Hotels.com.
