Urban Hotel Amadeos

Me vine una noche antes . Y no me reembolsaron el dinero habiéndolo avisado el el mismo día , por otro lado no me dijeron que me lo abonarían o no antes de hacer el chek - out entiendo así poder venderle la habitación a otra persona . Ya que de saberlo no hago dicho check-out

Hotel was nice and within 10 min drive from airport so great for short stays (15euros for taxi to airport) Metro station outside hotel for cheap travel. The area itself is quiet with a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. Everywhere is closed by 10pm except Burger King 11pm Good area if u can speak/read Portuguese - metro(tram) be careful as 6 different routes - we got the wrong one and cost us 40 euros to get back to hotel (lol)

Hotel bello, personale efficiente e molto cordiale. Posizione comoda se si vuole visitare Porto, che si può raggiungere anche con i mezzi pubblici, anche se comunque consiglio la macchina. Esperienza positiva, consiglio.

Situacion

Mucho ruido en las habitaciones.desde la calle y de los clientes. El wifi muy bien.el desayuno correcto .las camas muy comodas.aparcamiento en los alrededores .

De kamers zijn super groot, wat heel fijn is. Genoeg ruimte. Helaas deed de airco het niet (kamer 104) het was dus best warm en benauwd. Dit heeft een medewerker geprobeerd te maken maar heeft niet mogen baten.

Booked for a week long stay in this hotel, & was disappointed on arrival. Receptionist was rude, the room was completely visible from the street with no privacy curtains, so we could either keep the blackout curtains completely closed or have absolutely no privacy from a very busy intersection. Also, the toilet seat, bathroom door & air conditioning were all broken or faulty. We didn’t make a fuss because we were planning to spend our days out & at the beach, which is 10 min walk away. But we then had a family emergency back home & had to cut our trip short, & rearrange our flights urgently. We asked about getting a partial refund for the days we couldn’t stay, offering to pay a cancellation fee, as we were trying to pay for last minute flights home. The receptionist was INCREDIBLY rude & dismissive. He not only refused to help, but told us to “go away” for a few hours, saying he would call management but refused to do so on the spot, for no reason. We told him we were in a hurry trying to arrange flights home & he simply shrugged, annoyed. He didn’t try to call anyone or suggest he couldn’t at that time, he was simply refusing to & told us to go away for a few hours, when we were trying to make urgent arrangements. I called Urban Hotel offices seven times with no response, emailed about the situation & got no assistance, no refund, no credit, no basic help. An utterly subpar hotel, but the lack of politeness, basic respect & compassion was appalling. Would advise against staying here.

Séjour agréable après je m attendais à un vrai trois étoiles très déçu de l etat de l’hôtel pour le prix par contre très bon buffet petit déjeuner au top 👌 et l accueil du personnel parfait 👍
