El hotel está muy bien, el elevador extremadamente lento al abrir/cerrar puertas y para subir y bajar. Sólo ofrecen 2 botellines de agua para 4 dias, es insuficiente, de alguna manera lo obligan a uno a comprar agua. Todos los demás servicios muy bien. Sólo una queja, en mi check-out tuve muy desagradable trato de la Srita. LILIANA ZETTLER, eso fue el viernes 31 de mayo de 2024, le pedí que si podía hacer late check-out inclusive con un cobro extra, pero la respuesta fue negativa, ese no es el problema, entendería que estaban al full, aunque no se notara, la forma tan grosera y despótica es lo que me molestó. Me parece que no dí motivo por mi solicitud. Reitero, por lo demás excelente servicio y está en excelente zona. Gracias por su atención. Agustín

"Buen lugar para hospedarse en Santiago"

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, a dos cuadras hay una estación del metro, y está a 10 minutos caminando del Mall Costanera. Es un hotel pequeño pero bonito y cómodo. El restaurant tiene muy buena comida, la habitación es amplia y el personal del hotel es muy servicial. La tarifa es económica para el servicio e instalaciones que ofrece el hotel.
