Beautiful hotel located by the sea. Great food.

Dogs were not allowed inside the main buildning (restaurant included). It was a lovely summer night so we did not mind eating outside. Our room was very hot. It had no window that could be opened.

The position and the ambience of the public rooms

Bedroom small and badly furnished. Bedroom and bathroom smelt of boiled cabbage. Some members of staff curt and unhelpful. More guests than tables at breakfast and chaotic. Overall very poor value for money

Vi havde bestilt en suite, som mere lignede et konferenxe rum med bord til 12 personer, kogeplader, kedel og nok mere et vandrehjem end badehotel. Blandingsbatteri i stykker, tilkalket bruser, ingen kaffemaskine og kunne kun se dr1 Tilgengæld har de et godt køkken

Very pleasant stay with great food (we had 3 course dinner) and good view from the restaurant on the sea and the cliffs. Very cosy and clean rooms, we lived in a separate building but a nice walk. Super easy check in. Good value for money.

food is excellent. Very very tasty and not too small servings. Some rooms have a seaview. Cosy atmosphere with fireplace and very nice staff.

The room (#19) I had, did not have a seaview. Since it was a room designated for pets and their owners, it was located in another building. The room had 2 windows but they were in the roof 4 meters above the floor. The lamp outside in the court switched on and off all night.

Breakfast was very nice, the buffet was not overly plentiful in terms of variety (but there was something for every taste to be sure) but everything tasted really, really excellent. The hotel is located near the sea, so it was very easy to go hiking in the area along the coastline - staff was quite helpful in organising stuff and the hotel offers really nice lunch packages for hiking. There is also a restaurant directly in the hotel which was very good (but quite expensive for people used to prices outside Denmark). Rooms are quite big. When there were problems in our room (water leaking from the ceiling after a strong rain), we got a nice upgrade to a really nice room with sea-view.

No 24h accessibility of staff if problems arise such as with our room (there was a telephone number provided but no one answered).

The warm welcome, the lovely setting, the ambience and the delicious dinner.
