Great hotel and have AC in room which is unbelievable in Germany

This is a great hotel. A little run down and antiquated, but pleasant. Excellent staff.

Easy walking distance (200 meters) from Frankfurt Hbf. Room was quite nice, the decor was a decent change from "bland hotel". Older building, so the elevator was a bit weird (it stopped on landings for half floors), but easy to figure out. If you're not able to walk any stairs at all, this one will be an issue. Staff is knowledgable about the local tourism and the Altstadt. Restaurant underneath was a pretty decent (if slightly expensive) Persian place.

I was told my stay was fully refundable in the case of a cancellation. I called overseas to cancel days in advance, and was told the manager would call back. I did not receive a call back for that call, nor any of the additional messages I left the day after, nor the day after that. My credit card was charged more than the amount I was told the hotel would cost. I still have not received a return call about this.

I would like to call it STEP HOTEL.I do not recommend it to those who have heavy luggage as too much steps are waiting for you to go up and down.

You have to walk down a stairway to get to the reception, you have to walk up to a stairway to get to the elevator. Good luck if you have heavy luggages. The room is tiny, the hallway is tiny, it is just a very very small place. The Wi-Fi connection is weak. All in all, I think it is a very expensive place to stay in Frankfurt.

The hotel is overpriced for the quality of the hotels. They charged a rate compared to a boutique full service fully quality controlled hotel, however the experience was of a run-of-the-mill roadside basic motel. The entrance was smelly, very inconvenient, no assistance with luggage, not even a luggage cart, you have to drag the luggage down and up the stairs. the elevator stopped at the middle of two levels, so you had to drag the luggage another flight of stairs again, WiFi did not work, bathroom was barely functional, shower was shooting water all over the place, seating in the room was very uncomfortable, décor was like ancient Persian residence (if you want that you would go to Iran or someplace like that not Germany), floor was made of tiles cold and hard. I would say, even considering that the hotel was conveniently located next to Hauptbhanof, I would not pay more than 65 euros for this place.

You don't feel like you're in Germany staying in this hotel. You really feel like you're in Persia. The decor is amazing throughout the hotel, rooms are very clean, and the Mediterranean breakfast is delicious. The hotel is very conveniently located less than a 100m from the Frankfurt Hbf station, and is walking distance from the opera house and most of downtown. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great hotel in central Frankfurt, helpful English speaking receptionist, great Persian feel to the place as well awesome value for money! I would recommend to anyone and I've stayed at many hotels in Frankfurt!
