Największym atutem jest lokalizacja BB Bernardinu w centrum starego miasta

Bardzo słaby komfort i wyposażenie pokoi, ( krzesło, jakiś słaby stolik ) wygląd dramatyczny , bez żadnych udogodnień, lokalizacja na strychu, wejście po stromych i niebezpiecznych schodach. Dla dziecka i osoby starszej - bardzo niewygodne i niebezpieczne. Niezamykana część mieszkalna ( łazienka i korytarz ) , zamykane tylko pokoje, budziło to nasz niepokój o bezpieczeństwo.
