Location molto bella, tranquilla e immersa nella natura. Comoda da raggiungere. Appartamenti ampi, puliti e molto confortevoli.

L'ambiente circostante è molto gradevole, sarebbe bello tornare anche con la bella stagione. Quello che mi ha deluso è la piscina coperta: la struttura è molto bella, ma eccessivamente affollata e con un'acustica a mio giudizio pessima, assolutamente impossibile il relax. Probabilmente, nella bella stagione aumentando le opzioni con le strutture esterna l'intero sistema diventa più accogliente. Ingresso saune non compreso nella tariffa, non lo sapevo e non l'ho gradito. Prima di partire ho inviato una specifica domanda al riguardo alla struttura e non ho mai avuto risposta.

This was a really great hotels to stay in. The room was cozy, bed was comfy, warm. People were so nice and helpful. They serve breakfast and dinner which was helpful. They have an amazing spa and pool.

Great pools, large indoor heated pool with hot tub and a large outdoor pool that is great for the kids. Hotel restaurant is good, limited local restaurants due to remote location. English speaking staff, everyone very nice. Location is amazing, mountain setting surrounded by tall trees. The drive is worth it.

Nagyon barátságos, kényelmes. Talán a program ajánlatok terén még fejlődhetnek, de a recepcióstól kaptunk jó ötleteket. A fürdő hamar megúnható, de a kirándulások utáni csobbanásra tökéletes, egész napra nem ajánlom. A reggeli bőséges kinálatú.

Sehr schöne Lage, super saubere Appartments, Schwimmbad top. Frühstück und Abendessen gut. Etwas wenig Auswahl an Käse und Obst und frischem Gemüse, keine Geflügelwurst. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, haben eine Nacht verlängert.

We booked for three nights but left after just one night, forfeiting the money paid for the three nights. Be sure this accommodation is what you are looking for....it is not a quiet alpine resort but actually a noisy water park with accommodation beside it. The food is especially bad and is self- served in a canteen. All we could eat at dinner was tomatoes, lettuce and potatoes...the remainder of the food was badly prepared and presented. As other reviewers have mentioned, there are many rules and other features which make it an unwelcome and unattractive place to visit. For families with young children who enjoy the pool games and endless music by the pool, then maybe this is a good place for a short trip. For people who may like to relax by the pool, or relax/ read on the balcony looking at the lovely view, this is not the place for you. When we checked out early, I didn't really want to give my reasons but was pressed to do so. The receptionist then called a manager who was very abrupt, did not apologise and certainly did not offer any money back.
