View from patio and hospitality in general. Large bed and luxury bathroom.

Tv to small and limited access to channels, Netflix and Youtube. Breakfast very basic.

Perfect location! Right across from the beach and just a short stroll to all the shops. Lovely sized rooms, clean, fresh quality linen and towels. Friendly staff and waiters. Delicious sea food and presentation of all meals. Butter croissants at breakfast are so fresh and delicious.

The pool loungers could use an upgrade.(They covered in a shade cloth net material, and when putting your towel on, it makes you slide off. Housekeeping staff in the mornings are very loud talking in the passages waking the guests up because of high voices and laughing. I’d definitely add Coffee milkshakes, other flavour milkshakes and smoothies to the drinks menu. Breakfast buffet presentation of cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, fruits and juices can do with an upgrade. Maybe display it on a table rather than the bar counter. New dishes and jugs could be used.

Great location in Hoot Bay having been before we weren’t disappointed. The rooms are great, the food is great & the staff are fabulous

We liked the location of the hotel

The breakfast was average, the staff were not very attentive. The passageway on floor no 1 was dirty. Only 2 small milk sachets. Disappointed that the rooms didn’t have an espresso machine with decent coffee. Only 1 small container of shower gel for 2 people.
