"One bedroom apartment, great location with easy access to restaurants and town"

Good size bedroom. Good location as it was near to town and lots of eating places. Also near to a university so students would like it. Quiet when we were there but could be noisy when students are around. The host greeted us in a friendly manner and showed us to our room. When I needed to wash my clothes and didn't have coins, they assisted with this. Place was very clean.

Very small bathroom and nowhere to put toiletry bag except the floor. 2 chairs but would have preferred a couch

Very clean and comfortable. Netflix and Wifi were good. Owner was lovely, friendly, polite and welcoming

Noisy at the front of the hotel, parking was scarce at times. We stayed at other accommodation for 4 nights prior - which was lovely, if we could have stayed there we would have, but unfortunately we couldn't book for the 6 nights we needed. Dunedin Hotel and Villas was a bit expensive at $235 a night for a one bedroom unit.
