Very close to uni and Carrington College for our purposes. Only a few blocks walk to middle of shopping district. Easy access with drive-through parking. Plenty of space. Had everything we needed.

We had a two-story apartment. Downstairs had aircon but upstairs was stiflingly hot and very few windows to open. Washing machine was handy but didn't seem to work on dryer function - very noisy. Was spacious but still felt a bit claustrophobic as no views to speak of downstairs.
