"We did not receive the accommodation that we paid for"

Location was good. The unit was clean.

Unit 3 is close to the road and noisy. We booked a 3 bedroom unit, but we were given a 2 bedroom with a bunk bed in a study area that had no privacy.

The location was beautiful, and the views from the deck were wonderful. Lots of space for us as we were upgraded to a larger unit. Warwick is a very good manager
