Hotel O Colmo

Pas grand chose, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le jacuzzi car les problèmes à l'arrivée ne nous a pas permis d'avoir assez de temps.

J'ai réservé par Booking , j'avais payé ma chambre. A l'arrivée la personne nous a dit que nous avions une autre réservation effectuée le même jour et il a fallu que je paie la seconde chambre. La Personne était très désagréable, affichant un sourire aux lèvres, aucune empathie. Mais je n'en ai utilisé qu'une. La literie n'était pas bonne, un bruit de soufflerie et découlement d'eau (machine à laver) nous a empêché de dormir. Nos amis ont eu la télé qui s'est déclenchée en pleine nuit. Le petit déjeuner était décevant pour un tel hôtel: pas de fruits frais mais seulement une salade de fruits. Yaourt à la couleur chimique, pareil pour le jus de fruits . Qualité du pain médiocre

Location is good, plenty of parking space on site, TV and wifi in working condition. Breakfast had the basic items

The facilities are very old and in desperate need of upgrade. Our room had insanely bad small as did the bathroom, we had to sleep with balcony door fully open during the night to make it bearable. Bathroom had a horrible smell - its like a very bad old hospital bathroom smell mixed with chemicals for mold treatment and cheap toilet chemicals. The towels while being soft and looking quite new had stains on them. Bed was not very comfortable and the sheets is the worst i have seen in a long time - you dont have a full duvet cover, you have a synthetic duvet and a sheet to cover it only from one side!! So if you decide to lie on the bed without going under the duvet, you are lying on uncovered synthetic duvet 100s of people lied on. The corridor floor are tiles so in the early morning, if someone decides to go out with their suitcase on wheels, probably the entire floor will also wake up. This hotel is 1 maybe 2 stars max and more like a guest house you get in remote locations. After long day of hiking we expected a bit better given reviews and overall advertising for the place. The saving grace was that we were there only for one night.
