Aristocrat Apartments

The location was good.

The rooms were not clean, and there were no spices in the kitchen. There was no hairdryer, and the dishes were very old and dirty.

Great location. 2 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to the heart of Surfers. Roy at reception is a really friendly dude!

water pressure is poor. property is much more dated than the published photos. washing machine doesn't work. oven door doesn't close fully (still works). one small split system AC for the entire living area; ceiling fans in bedrooms. can get quite warm. not great for light sleepers or families with young children. can hear the trams and traffic below very clearly at night and then again first thing in the morning.

Pool had to much salt or chlorine, burnt my kids skin, rooms weren’t very clean very out dated, lifts broke and had to walk up down stairs which is hard when your on the 10th floor.

The indoor pool, spa and sauna, were beautiful and clean. Outdoors grounds were well taken care off. The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and polite a gem to deal with. Linen and towels were nice quality. Great location, beautiful ocean views from the front and back apartments.

Hired two apartments, both very run down, furniture very old and outdated. Advertised as foxtel in all rooms which was not correct, construction in the apartment above us for the first few hours wasn't great.

the view out of the dirty widows was great, the security was good kept us locked in. Did not matter how much we clean up as the apartment was already very dirty.

internet did not work we tired to login with details and passwords that did not work (fake details), cutlery was dirty food stuck to bowl in cupboard, chewing gum in bed, dirt and hair in lounge and floor, cobwebs on windows, TV remote did not work only from back of TV. Sliding doors 10th floor balcony locks all broken held only with pin that my child could open. Kitchen bench chipboard falling off on to food preparation bench top.

No strong wifi in the living room. No wifi at all in the room. No communication. No hot water after 1 person taking shower

Slightly dated, less external sound proofing than newer buildings

Great location , right on the beach but very basic but it does the job

There was no kettle couldn’t cook my cup noodles 😓
