La struttura è molto bella, la posizione stupenda, la pace e tranquillità impagabili. Molto valido il ristorante interno per la cena.

Il personale è molto gentile ma ho rilevato una scarsità dello stesso unita ad una certa disorganizzazione che porta ad un servizio scadente ed approssimativo soprattutto in considerazione del prezzo pagato.

Wunderbares Hotel, sehr gepflegt, Tradition&Moderne gekonnt kombiniert, schöner Pool und grandioser Ausblick

Wir hatten wohl Pech mit dem Abendessen-es gab viele gute Kommentare, aber wir hatten das schlechteste dort unser schlechtestes Essen während 14 Tagen Piemont. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur der junge Mann im Service hat noch deutliches Entwicklungspotential.

Bellissima struttura, buona ospitalità, camere pulite. Abbiamo anche cenato e pranzato presso il ristorante e la cucina era davvero ottima nella qualità dele materie prime e nella proposta del menu.

La spa a 50€ per un'ora l'ho trovata un po' cara per ciò che offre: piccola piscina riscaldata, due docce emozionali, un bagno turco, una sauna La possibilità di avere solo una bevanda di caffetteria (es. cappuccino) a colazione inclusa nel prezzo (se si vuole un secondo caffè è a pagamento) l'ho trovata un po' negativa dato il prezzo che si paga per la camera+colazione
