Bungalows Imperial Park Unitursa

Lovely view from the balcony/patio. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped including a large fridge,/freezer. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and wardrobe and drawer space in the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable too.

Would have been nice to have something to wash up with... there was no teatowel or dishcloth/brush and the washing up liquid dispenser was empty. The kitchen cabinet doors all need rehanging! My main complaint was the lack of communication from the property. I sent several messages regarding where i could pick up the key or a code etc and did not receive any reply. I eventually telephoned on the morning of departure and got an agency person who said I should get the info from the host! but said that there was a reception on site. At this stage I was concerned and asked my relative who lives in Calpe to go to the property for me.. and he sorted it out.

The location was shocking - it was about 15 minutes from the centre of town by car. Taxi had to be ordered each time in and out. There was no shop near the property, no restaurant near the property or no cafe. There was nothing at the property at all. There is nothing close by or nothing within walking distance. There was no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. No one came near us for the whole duration of our stay to clean the room, offer fresh towels, toilet paper or anything. We had to request toilet paper. To get in and out of town a taxi had to be ordered which you had to wait for, there was no shuttle bus or any other option available.

Amazing staff! Amazing place! Oven broke and they changed us appartments quickly. Very clean .loved it!

Nothing except having to come home.

No water in the room, no supermarket close, not possible to buy any food or water in hotel. Expect specific time.

Bungalows Imperial Park are a lttle out side of the city at a height of 100 meters. amazing views over the rocka nf the city. I havd a great time, the bungalow was clean quiet and came with all the usual soaps shower caps etc! The complex was a resort and was not very susceeefull now familys and long term reats are availabe in the same palce. There is no supermarket it near by this has more to do with spanish Zoning laws and not the complexs fault. I had to get to rent bike in the city to get back up the hill! So tip small would be great if the Bungalows Imperial Park rented bikes to get in to the city! Would I stay again yes I would! What I loved was there were no towels were on sun loungers, as I went for my early Morning swim ! one of the many pools had monsters concret lizards they made me very happy! The food in the onsite cafe was delicious ! I never went there for breakfast ! - it was they have a menu it was more  aducaute!
