This is an adults-only property. Please note that this property is located on a hill and has stairs throughout. It is not recommendable for disabled people or elder people. Please note that pool is out of service from June 23rd to 28th 2019. Payment is also possible by PayPal. Please contact the property in advance for more information, using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation. Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving the account details. Please consider, property does not have elevators, all upper floors are available only by stairs. Deposit Guarantee A Deposit equivalent to $1,000.00 MXN in cash is required for the safekeeping of the kit that is given to you at check-in, which includes keys and controls. At the time of check-out, our receptionists upon receiving the kit of keys and controls, they will proceed to deliver the $1,000.00 MXN that you left as a deposit.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Near from everything and usually calm in a busy and noisy city.

My room was usually clean, but I when I ask to clean the room, only the bed and towel were changed. Roof bar is cool, barman is a really nice person, but drinks are a limited and expensive.

"Okay place to stay if you can tolerate heavy fragrances and lots of stairs"

Nice location, staff we kind and helpful.

The bathroom didn't feel properly cleaned. Everything was heavily covered with fragrance. It was like basking in Febreze for two days straight. My allergies were quite aggravated from all the fragrances. When I removed my pillow cases, I found mold, and the lamps seemed to have some kinda of mold as well. Our balcony had zero privacy and a view of construction. Quiet time was not enforced, people were talking loudly and partying till past 3:00 a.m. on the rooftop patio. We are okay with all the stairs, but that should be more transparent when you're booking the hotel. If you have mobility issues, you don't want to stay here.
