Close to the port, so it is perfect for the aeolian islands. Ok hotel for 1 or 2 nights if there is an internal room without balcony and there is an offer. Staff seems to work hard to make the people comfortable.

AC didn't work. The room was hot and sleeping with the windows open was not an option because of the noise from the street. Staff tried to solve the issue but it was outside of their control as a general problem. Expensive if there is not an offer in Booking. I would say it is a 3 star hotel not 4 but it is ok anyways.

Super convenient to walk to the port and seafront. Lovely sunny terrace area facing the port on second floor. Super helpful staff - especially with finding my sons left behind toys and holding them till we could collect.

Breakfast didn’t open till 7 on Sunday and we needed to catch a 7.30 ferry to the islands so didn’t really get to enjoy the breakfast that much - such a shame as it looked good. Staff were lovely and sorted coffee and a croissant for us and
