Twin Bay Resort

Small family friendly and relaxing resort. Had the most wonderful family time.

Food or drink menu didn't have allergen information.

We've never had such a polite and cheerful hotel team at the hotel. It almost felt like family. The infinity pool with its beautiful sea view is also a highlight. We felt completely at ease. The hotel team helped us with all our requests very quickly and kindly.Thanks for everything, we had a lovely time.

The beds were very hard, but the hotel team immediately put mattress toppers and pillows on the bed, which made it better. Everything closes at 10pm, so you have to go in the citycebter for a drink or food but that was fine for us. What would be amazing for the future would be fans on the terrace :)

Wir hatten ein Beachfront Cottage und das war top. Die Lage ist genial, alles sehr ruhig und kein voller Strand. Wer darauf Lust hat, einfach 300m nach links. Es sind genügend Liegen vorhanden, wobei die Bungalows eigene gute Liegen haben. Der Strand ist flach, bei Ebbe ist das Wasser 70-80m weit weg, dafür kaum Seegang. Die Bungalows selber sind ordetlich, sauber und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Wenn man das "volle Programm" haben will, für 100 Bath mit dem TukTuk zum Markt. Das Personal war nett und freundlich. Wir hatten eine rasselnde Klimaanlage am Nachbarhaus, haben uns an´s Personal gewendet und innerhalb von 5min kam jemand und hat´s gerichtet. Die Barpreise sind i.O.

Ich liege echt gerne hart. Jedoch die "Betten" sind extrem. Da sollte man das mal etwas überdenken. -1 Punkt Auch das Frühstück ist akut überarbeitungsfähig - speziell das Thaifood. Dafür sollte sich der Koch schämen. Thai Küche ist eine einfache Küche - kein Plan wie man das so vergeigen kann. -1 Punkt

We had Beach front deluxe room 331 ... perfect location and wonderful view out of the picture window and terrace. I think this room is slightly different to the other beachfront deluxe rooms that had smaller windows.Bed was comfortable large with nice cotton bedding. Shower was big and it had a large jacuzzi bath that we never used. Breakfast was buffet with a nice egg station.

We liked it a lot .. room might benefit from more shade on the balcony and maybe a bit of a one way tint on the large glass window. Very minor points.

Beautiful quiet location on beach , beautiful setting , lovely attentive staff , amazing massage team , clean spacious very comfortable luxurious room and bed .Calm vibe in paradise .

This incredible resort has everything you’d ever want… stunning pool on the best beach, close to restaurants (on said beach) and most importantly the sweetest staff that make you feel so special. We’ve been lucky to travel a lot and this is one of my fav resorts as it had such a personal feel. Lots of tears as Nikki and the team waved us off. We can’t wait to return to this piece of paradise!

Leaving

Rent och fint. Mycket trevlig personal. Mycket god mat i restaurangen. Hotellet låg perfekt vid stranden och hade därtill ett väldigt bra poolområde.
