"It was clean and comfortable."

It was clean and staff was always accommodating.

We booked the property specifically because they had an indoor pool. When we got there, the hotel changed names so we were confused about if weโ€™re were in the right place or not. then they couldnโ€™t find our reservation. (Again they were very accommodating), but then I realized the pool and hot tube was empty and closed. The breakfast was nasty in my opinion. Fake runny eggs and mystery meat sausages not cooked enough for me. The bagels and English muffins were old and stale. There was no choice for pancakes or waffle maker, which left me going somewhere else to eat breakfast.

Location

Elevator didn't work. They drained the hot tub and pool. That's the reason I booked it and couldn't even use. Picture on booking didn't look like the room. Breakfast was leftovers

"Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable. But the rooms need a serious update."

Beds were comfortable. Lobby was clean. Room was mostly clean.

Shower/tub and sink were dirty and bug in the tub. Old thermostat was hanging from the wall exposing wires. Not enough wash cloths for three people in the room and no resolution.

I liked the cozy atmosphere when you walk in the hotel. The room was nice and clean. I didnt realize when I booked it that it was kind of a suite. It had the bedroom and then the living area which was nice since I was traveling with teens. Also there were lots of options for breakfast.

I didnt like that the guy at the front desk when we first checked in was not very hospitable. The hotel hallway upstairs had a weird smell to it.

Old old hotel.. after waiting 15 minutes for the attendant to return to desk to check us inโ€ฆI was told elevators were broken and that we would have to take the stairs!! Pool and hot tub looks disgustingโ€ฆ my son even declined getting in ..saying it looks sketchyโ€ฆ needs renovation badly!! Room dusty.. sheets have old stains that were set in.. one old washer and dryer..Iโ€™m hoping to at least get a good nights sleep .. and low hopes for breakfast being tasty
