Breakfast, staff, location

Hotel is getting very shabby, run down. We've stayed every year as we travel home from Florida. For 3 years the ice machine is broken, first on 1 floor, now on 2 floors. Hotel needs an update.

Good location, very amenable staff, pretty weak breakfast offerings...tried to checkout early after a two night stay because I had a family emergency...no one at the front desk at 11 AM and breakfast attendant said they would be back in an hour...found out when I got home that I had been charged for a 3rd night...currently the charges are in dispute with the property

The location was great.

The cost was not on par with the state of the hotel. It desperately needs upgrading, starting with the carpet and the elevator needed maintenance.

"Over all, really good stay"

The staff were awesome. Friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great ! There was a great variety of foods. My only disappointment was the Pool and Hot Tub. The waters looked like they needed to be shocked. They were not clear. There were not enough chairs or even a table in the pool room. I saw 2 chairs in use. Other than that, it was a good stay.
