Une petite chambre dans un quatre étoiles, mais avec la qualité du service, la disponibilité du personnel, et un très bon petit dej !

La façade de l'immeuble un peu défraîchie, ainsi que les couloirs, mais il semble que les travaux sont en cours.

I loved everything about this place! 3 min walk from train station. Easy 10-15 min walk into the town square. Extremely helpful and kind staff. Little bar inside, managed by front desk staff, happy to serve wine at all hours 🤩🥰, great breakfast options, and mostly…I slept amazingly every time I laid down. Comfortable bed, pillows, AC, window opens as well. Whenever I return to Vicenza in the future, this will definitely be where I stay. Also, I forgot my phone charger the morning I checked out. Realized once I was already at the train station. I was able to walk quickly back, and as soon as I walked in, Massimo knew exactly why I returned and immediately sent someone to the room to get my charger and cords. Still made it back to my train on time! 🤩

There really isn’t anything I can say. The only difficulty I had was getting a taxi on a Saturday night (going to a wedding). Ended up walking in heels into town to meet the bus planned for us, but I should have ordered that earlier in the day. Definitely not a hotel issue.

Colazione ottima in un bel locale, pozione dell'hotel ottima, la posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria rende i dintorni non frequentati benissimo (qualche schiamazzo di troppo)
