Toalhas de fraca qualidade. As fotos do quarto decepcionam um pouco quando vi o quarto. Sem espaço na casa de banho na zona do lavatório para guardar produtos de higiene. Confusão no check in por causa de uma fatura deixou me desconfortável. Numa próxima ida a Portimão escolherei outro hotel.

Tudo excelente. Check in online feita rápido. Levantamento das chaves também. Cordialidade dos funcionários da receção um diferencial excelente. Quarto confortável, ar condicionado perfeito, casa de banho grande e confortável, quarto silencioso. Pequeno almoço de grande qualidade e cordialidade da senhora responsável também. Em resumo, tudo perfeito. Indico.
