Prachtige lokatie, goed ontbijt.

Zeer slecht onderhouden badkamer, kleine ouderwetse slaapkamer. Niet goed schoon.

La localisation de l'hôtel est charmante au milieu d'un bois loin de bruit de voiture.

Propreté a revoir, équipements casi inexistant et buffet du petit déjeuner très limité

This hotel is situated in a lovely area, right beside the forest and with easy access to a lake which you can walk around. It is a great base to explore the area, visit Efteling and there are plenty of walking / bicycle routes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast has a great choice and there is always someone topping up. All food is fresh and you sit in the restaurant with a view of the forest and can hear the birds singing as you eat. We had dinner included in our price and it was very good. Big portions, very fresh and tasty. No complaints at all. We had a 5 year old with us and his menu options were good and catered well for him. They also made it fun with drinks in a 'Fletcher' cup and ice cream in a dog shaped 'Fletcher' cup We had 1 family room which was a good size with a seperate bedroom for our son. It was on the top floor so we had a nice view of the forest. Only complaint was that it could have had more of a clean. It was quite dusty, there was an apple under the radiator that was stuck and the carpet could do with a hoover. The beds / bathroom all fine. They will only clean your room if you leave your hanger out in the morning, but this was only for a towel / bin change. They did not make the beds or hoover Overall a great hotel, location is excellent, it is very relaxed, the food is very good and the staff helpful. Yes, thh rooms are a little tired and they definitely need a bit more attention to detail for cleaning, but we would most definitely stay again as the area is fantastic

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk , servicegericht en welwillend.

Hotel is heel gehorig, kamer zeer eenvoudig en beetje vergane glorie. 1e avond zonder verwarming koud en niet aangenaam. Water in de avond lauw en in de ochtend wel warm. Overigens wel doorgegeven. Hoorfe het ook van andere gasten. Water wisselend in temperatuur. 2e dag stond verwarming aan. Qua temperatuur is het hotel fris. Kamer is erg basic en zeker voor de prijs die je betaalt. Mag best een waterkoker op de kamer. En er is geen fohn. Ze maken niet schoon, geen schone handdoeken tenzij je erom vraagt tijdens je verblijf.

Viel zu weiche Matrazen. Badezimmer sieht abgenutzt aus (Waschbecken mit Rissen)

Vriendelijke medewerkers.

Bij late aankomst lang moeten wachten op medewerker om koffie te kunnen bestellen.
