"Would stay again but they need to improve the pillows and shower. A place to relax - did not see a lounge space inside."

The location- by the lake in a lovely, small town. Standing in the jacuzzi and listening to the toads snd birds calling - magical. The massages in the spa were good. Food was good. At this time of year, nice and quiet - before half-term.

The pillows were really bad - lumpy and hard! The shower was also not 4 star.

This hotel is in the real center of the city, but on the back side has a full direct connection to the lake with pools as well! Simply great!
