Die Lage war einfach nur genial. Sehr ruhig und der Natur verbunden. Das Anwesen hat auch einen super coolen alten Kolonialstil, der uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Managerin hatte stets ein offenes Ohr und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Leider ging bei uns das Warmwasser nicht. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht sehr freundlich.

Room 9: - spacious room - nice big bath and shower with a separate toilet for privacy - Very comfortable king size bed with good quality linen - Decorated in a style that is appropriate for the old farm vibe - Smart tv with access to streaming services - Aircon - Only con: shared a wall with the neighbouring unit and is not very sound proof. You can hear your neighbours talking. - Tip: Visitor information in the room could be useful (eg. Map of the venue; restaurant menu; things to do in the area etc) Restaurant: - lovely civilised indoor dinning room with an outside area overlooking the gardens. - Food and drinks are good value for money. - Limited gluten free options. - Menu and quality of food is fair and usual for a South African restaurant. I would have expected something of slightly better standards for the nature of the venue. Grounds: - Many big beautiful trees and lots of flowers. - The gardens are well maintained and a joy to walk around. - Pleasant pool area with comfortable sun loungers. - Pool is relatively shallow which allows the water to warm up quickly - Con: the venue is alongside a busy main road which is very noisy. The constant sounds of road traffic can be a bit much for those who are trying to relax - it sadly drowns out the sounds of nature. Service: - all staff were friendly and welcoming Website says 5 star, but the Booking.com rating of 4 star is probably more appropriate

A bit too close to the road and the road noise disturbed the peace.

Beautiful setting. Lovely pool. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Excellent meals.

Generally beautiful. Parts of the interior will benefit from an update.

Country feeling

This was a five star experiences ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The friendly staff made so much effort for my dog and I . The room was superb, from the soft towels to flowers in the room , complementary water and great ground coffee for the next morning. The food in the restaurant was quite an experience-cuisine style! Thank you team , I will definitely be back.

Beautiful setting and great facilities

It was ok. The restaurant is good, the rooms are also good. We couldn't get the tv to work. Pool, nice but no towels.

The promimity to the road and the resultant traffice noise. Its not great.
