"No value for money! Disappointed with booking.com with the extra $200 charges on a sunday night upon check-in."

1.Clean room service 2. Staff were helpful and made all efforts to communicate in english/spanish.

1. Breakfast options were same every day and cold. Some pandebono were empty and stale. No restock when food finished. 2. The girl upon check-in were too sleepy and took time to check me in. 3. The price paid at hotel was $200 more than what i book on booking.com. That was a real shock!!! 4. Toilet seat are not comfortable for long legs! It hits the bathroom door! 5. No noise cancellation. I could hear the noise from the corridor and opposite rooms CLEARLY!! 6. Muddy water on one day since morning to noon; and difficult to get hot water on 2 days. 7. AC took time to cool the room!
