Hotel de Loire

This is a wonderful hotel we stopped at on our bike tour to Bordeaux. Very friendly and welcoming staff after a long ride . The rooms are great and the hotel has a locked garage to store and charge our bikes. The best part is the fabulous restaurant attached to the hotel which was very busy and seemed also very popular with the locals. We had nice wines , great french traditional dishes and brilliant service. Cannot get better. Thanks for a great stay to the owner and staff..

friendly staff, spacious and modern accomodations

the food was good but not the service. My first course was tipped over me. It took a week for the trousers to be taken to the cleaners and a further three weeks for them to be posted to me. I am still awaiting their arrival .

Then cleanliness and sound proofing.

The air conditioning in the room but instructions in English would have been helpful. Parking was good . The food was good.

Lack of air conditioning in public areas. The location of the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom . Poor sitting outside area.

The hosts and staff were so friendly! We had a very good dinner in the restaurant. The bar is also a pleasant space. The garage is a good place to park the car. It's close to the highways between Nantes and Tours and between Paris and La Vendee
