We only stayed one night, but it was very pleasant. The studio is small, and while it has a microwave and a kettle, it lacks a sink so you have to wash things or get water from the bathroom. It's true that if someone else is staying in the apartment, you can hear quite a bit since they're connected. But, my friends stayed in the apartment, and honestly, it's very nice and comfortable. It has everything you need for a stay of several days, if you need it. This isn't the case if you rent the studio alone. The upgrade is worth it.
