No sun or views. Poor design with high walls blocking any sun or garden views. Moss growing outside front slider in summer. Sliding door sticky to open.

Very friendly, great value, spotless and well-equipped

Only slight downside is that it's out of walking distance from Kaikouras attractions so you'll need to drive 5 mins for most things

Clean and well presented. Studio really only suited for an overnighter. The lady at reception was lovely.

Shower in our studio unit had an issue, with only half the area covered, the water went everywhere. Only 2 towels supplied so couldnt even mop it up. Good water pressure though.

Quietness being a little out of town. Nearby walks were great. Reception staff very helpful and able to advise on things to do and where to eat.

Studio room is very compact for more than a night or two. We were given the offer to upgrade but of course this comes with significant added expense
