"Decent clean and spacious 2 room unit"

1st property that had numerous PowerPoints for charging laptops, phones and devices. We were upgraded to a 2 room unit which was a pleasant surprise. Checking was smooth and easy.

"Lack of goodwill"

The Hasst pass and Hokipita gorge roads were closed for several days during our proposed dates to stay at the motel. The motel refused to consider our cancellation request or refund of one night of our 2 night stay. The Annabelle motel owner's action clearly demonstrated a lack of goodwill to travellers in extenuating situations. I do not recommend staying here in regards to the lack of goodwill. We were disappointed with our experience here.
