A quiet location, small motel with good parking and laundry available. Well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with lovely soft towels. Separate one bedroom, with nice linens and comfortable bed, blackout curtains. Friendly chatty owner.

Not too keen on the grubby carpet and 3 individual chairs, also in need of cleaning or replacing. perhaps it was going to be updated soon? we had expected a sofa to relax on. Rather a gloomy room.

Exterior property presentation Interior clean except for spiders in the bath.

This unit gets no sun, so dark inside. Outside deck shaded by overgrown trees and vegetation. Bed most uncomfortable of our South Island tour. climbing over high sides of spa bath makes showering difficult.

Self catering facilities were very good and I believe there was a laundry facility on site. Staff welcoming and friendly, but not intrusive. The room and site were spotlessly lean, comfy beds. Parking free and easy. Town and beach a 10 minute walk on the flat.

整體上來說，性價比還可以，房間大小也足夠睡五位，外面有一隻貓，很可愛！離鎮上也不會太遠，附近也有超市，機能還可以！

就是沒有抽油煙機，如果煎一些食物的時候，可能要注意油煙
