A friendly welcome, a clean and tidy room. Crisp sheets and soft fluffy towels. Real milk and my favourite tea bags plus cookies. Thanks heaps for a pleasant stay.

Great locatio, seperate toilet, great kitchen with pots, pans , everything you need, maybe one of the biggest kitchens we have seen. Good height bed and loo for us seniers. We will be back.

Nothing not to like.

What a beautiful place, so well set up with play area for the kids bbq and tables. The place we stayed in was so well appointed and spacious with everything you could ever need which i absolutely adore washing machine, dishwasher full size fridge freezer, large living spaces and good sized bedrooms and comfy beds. Very modern, very bright and clean, so close to the beach we will be back. As our port of call for a trip to wellington this could not have been better. Why stay in wellington when you can stay here? It's literally 40 minutes drive to the city.

the swimming pool was fantastic & cleaning staff including head cleaner were lovely & went out of their way to make us comfortable. The unit was nice 7 clean. the shower was awsome ,nice & strong.

The owners were extremely rude and invasive. One of them enter our room while I was in bed sleeping at night, without any kind of notification or phone call prior to entering! Absolutely horrified at this experience! The room itself was nice and clean.
