As our cancelation policy is 5 days, full payment will be taken within 5 days of arrival. Reservations that provide invalid or declined credit card details will have their bookings canceled. Please note that rooms do not receive daily services, however additional towels and amenities will be provided on request. For stays of 7 nights or more rooms are fully serviced and cleaned with new linen provided halfway through the stay. Please note that for guests that arrive after our reception closes we will leave a note on the reception doors explaining how to access your room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. It was a perfect location. The morning and evening cocokatoo concerts were unique, but loud. Loved the common kitchen.

Pool a little small and pool lawn chairs very very uncomfortable.
