Agnadema Apartments

Great communication for arrival, transfers and checkout. The staff offered to look after our luggage after checkout and we were invited to use the pool area (with shower access) while waiting for our transfers in the afternoon. Close to restaurants and cliff top walk to Imerovigli and beyond. Make sure you arrive before 2pm so that the porter can bring your luggage down the 70 steps. Porter service is also offered free of charge on departure. Will definitely stay here again if we get back to Santorini.

We loved our stay here. We had our own hot tub looking over the caldera which was awesome. The staff was terrific and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The staff and front desk were wonderful. We stayed in the budget suite with partial view of the ocean. Please note, this is a ground / basement floor. Had I known that I would not have booked. Overall, it was an okay suite however during our stay in Santorini it rained for 2-3 days consecutively and the apartment got very humid and damp. The bathroom floor never dried and had a smell to it and some bugs also came into the room. I'm not sure if it was because of the humidity or if it was an older room with bad sealant.

There were a hundred stairs to get to the room, no parking and the room was an old small storage room. There were no windows; just air holes to the walkway. The pictures were not accurate.

We had a lovely time on our holiday George really made our time special there and made sure we were always being taken care of and was very accommodating. Good reccomendations on restaurants attractions and must visit spots ! We will def be back Regards, Catherine and James

Excellent property.

Great location, just steps from the main central square in Firostefani. Great view as well, overlooking the caldera. The staff are exceptional - very helpful, patient and accommodating (they helped us book a few things, including multiple taxis). Having the ability to drop off our luggage after check-out with them and also continue to use their pool facilities/shower afterwards was very helpful. The major points of improvement would be more sunbeds as they were often busy and other guests would occupy them for hours at a time, which would prevent others from enjoying the same amenity.

Room and amenities were spotless. Reception was a good help for recommendations on restaurants and activities. This hotel is extremely well located, we preferred this location compared to all others in Santorini. Beautiful pool with outstanding sunset views.
