Please note that the center of Hallstatt is a car-free zone. You need to park your car on the P1 parking outside the town, which can be reached through a tunnel. Additional costs apply (please see Parking Facilities). A shuttle service is provided for guests who park at and hold a valid ticket for P1 parking lot. It is free of charge and only available on arrival and departure. Please note that it cannot be guaranteed in which of the 3 historic buildings you will be accommodated, because requests for a specific building are subject to availability. Haus Stocker and Haus Seethaler have no elevator. They are a 3- to 5-minute walk away from the main building, where the breakfast room and other facilities can be found. Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed in guestrooms. A penalty fee of EUR 60 per incident will be charged.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

We stayed in the part of the hotel where Franz Josef stayed. How cool is that.

There was no elevator in the 2nd part of the hotel. That was tough. There also was no air conditioner and the windows kept closing due to the wind

地點絕佳，就住在教堂旁邊，有個小陽台吃東西喝飲料很棒，早餐也還不錯，剛好坐在窗邊很舒適

應該是飯店較老舊的關係，洗澡洗到一半蓮蓬頭管線直接爆掉，晚上櫃檯是沒有人員的，後來好在找到辦公室裡面的一位員工，可能是值班的人吧，讓我們去桑拿繼續完成盥洗，但這件事也沒有感覺飯店有任何的歉意，好像很平常一樣，對於這麼一間好的飯店來說，這實在是很可惜。

The location was great! Breakfast was great! Staff were great! Rooms were nice and very comfy!

There was only thing we weren’t happy about. During dinner in the hotel restaurant, the waiter brought 2 bread baskets and 2 olive/butter trays to our table without us ordering them. We had thought they were complimentary. Finding the charges on our receipt was very disappointing.
