Slecht werkende airconditioning Badkamer met bad op pootjes, nogal instabiel moet je in en uitstappen om te douchen Geen ontbijt maar ook geen bordjes en bestek om zelf een broodje te smeren in de ochtend Het zwembad was op 1 dag na ons hele verblijf van 5 dagen gesloten omdat er gewacht werd op een lab uitslag na schoonmaken of het weer veilig was om te zwemmen, kan gebeuren maar het was wel erg jammer, speciaal deze accommodatie gekozen voor zwembad en tijdens ons verblijf was het 35 graden we hadden het erg op prijs gesteld wanneer dit proces wat sneller had kunnen verlopen.

Tenuta La Ghiaia è stata una scoperta davvero piacevole. Un’oasi di tranquillità, immersa nel verde, in cui è possibile degustare e acquistare dell’ottimo vino. L’accoglienza di Toni poi è stata impagabile! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Apartments are tastefully furnished and comfortable. It's a beautiful setting in a vineyard.

No cooking facilities, despite certain apartments advertising kitchenette, very poor communication regarding their policies prior to bookings and when checking in. Incorrect marketing regarding availability of breakfast and pet fees/pet tolerance. No food or drinks available to purchase at all other than bruschetta offered if you book a wine tasting. Car required to access local mall to buy supplies or access restaurants. Advertise as pet friendly but provide nothing but restrictions on pets during stay(expect them to be tethered at all times when outside, even if away from communal areas). No privacy or discretion, staff go into apartments you are using and take photo's and remove items such as coffee cups. When we wished to leave after 3 days into our 6 day stay, we were offered a €120 refund of our pet service fees and relating of their policies regarding our 2 dogs, we agreed but at check out they refused to give the refund. After horrendous treatment by the grounds man and office lady, the supervisor was called and he instructed them to pay us. Terrible customer service.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel's complete lack of communication. We had to return home urgently after only one night out of our planned five-night stay. It's been over a month now, and we've been trying to get information about a partial cancellation, with no success whatsoever. The hotel responds neither to our direct messages nor to Booking's inquiries. This radio silence is unacceptable and shows a total disregard for customers. I strongly advise against this establishment for anyone looking for decent customer service and honest communication.

Great stay. Beautiful surroundings and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful place. The wine they produce is very good. Thanks for us.
