Riad un peu trop humide - surtout les chambres des étages 1 et 2 - et un peu impersonnel L'eau chaude manquait par moment Pas d'electricité sur le rooftop qui mériterait d'être plus proprement aménagéx

FRPeu de chose ! pas de reception nous somme resté une bonne demi heure à attendre et personne n'est venu .Nous avons donc du nous rendre dans un autre lieux avec l'aide de notre transporteur à pieds
Lit inadapté avec 3 marches pour y accéder ( Baldaquin original ) douche et wc commun avec le voisin d'en face et une terrasse à l'abandon .Vraiment pas le top et en fin très mauvaise réputation après renseignement sur place .A bannir du carnet d'adresse .
NLMidden in de medina, alles dichtbij. Waar voor je geld en fijn dakterras. Aardige host.

The host was friendly and responsive in communication, which I appreciated. However, the stay had several significant issues that affected comfort and value for money. There was no hot water for about a week, and the internet did not work for two days and was very spotty throughout my stay. These are basic amenities that should be reliable. The apartment also has humidity issues, including some mold, and requires regular ventilation, which can be uncomfortable due to temperature and insects. Cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. The floors were often dirty, and some cleaning practices and tools seemed inadequate. Additionally, parts of the property (such as terrace furniture) are more worn than shown in the photos. There were also some comfort issues, including noise from doors/windows in the wind and a delayed repair when a window broke. Overall, while communication was good, the level of maintenance and reliability did not match the price paid.
