Overall atmosphere and the hammock at each room

The sliding door was too stiff (probably swollen due to humidity).

Really central, helpful staff, relaxed and comfortable.

Not keen on cold water showers but understandable.

After a few days in the jungle, we appreciated the confort of a proper hotel

Breakfast is supposed to start at 7am. We had to leave by 7.30am to catch a flight and still nothing had been served to us. Our room was facing the dining area and it was quite noisy. We could hear people discussing and the music in the common area. Finally they had treated the wood of the room right before we checked in and the smell was quite unpleasant and lingered for a while.

Breakfast was fresh fruit and juice, eggs, and coffee. So lovely every morning! The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were large and lovely. It was so warm out that we never missed heated water in the showers. The shared outdoor gardens were relaxing and we had a hammock in our room! My mom’s room didn’t have a hammock, but her A/C was better, so it was a fair trade 😂. The location was great! We walked to stores, restaurants, Brazil, the port, and nearby parks. Leticia felt friendly, beautiful, and safe. The tours were so fun! Mundo Amazonica is such a lovely park. We also did a day at Victoria park and a day in Peru. Out tour guides were all lovely and our translator was funny and kind! We’d go back!

Okay, the hot tub wasn’t working, but I don’t think we ever would have used it anyway, so we weren’t even a bit disappointed!

Guest having a good time hanging around in the courtyard late at night might be a bit noisy.
