"Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, kleine Oase"

Alles war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Personal ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Da fällt mir gar nichts ein außer ein paar Geräuschen, wohl aus der Küche (?), die morgens früh kurzzeitig störten. Und die Frühstückszeit könnte am Wochenende gern länger sein.

"Beautiful amenities and staff that feel like family."

Petra, at the front desk, was amazing to us. She showed us where to get the best view of a nearby castle and it was breathtaking. She went to Great Lakes to make sure we knew where we were going. Also, the breakfast was amazing. So many choices and so delicious.

We could not figure out how to turn on the air conditioning in the room.

Dusche in der Wanne mit hohem Einstieg und wenig Spritzschutz. Bidet zu eng an der Wand. So nicht für jeden nutzbar.

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is excellent and of high quality andere for detail. The staff was extremely helpful and flexible. The saune/pool area is spacious and perfect after a full day of activities.
