"Com um elevador seria perfeito"

A localização é ótima, café da manhã muito bom, camas bem confortáveis.

Ficamos no terceiro andar e não há elevador. Com a altitude, a chegada no quarto era sempre muito cansativa.

"Lindo y cómodo hotel con muy buena ubicación."

Me gustó la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza y tamaño de la habitación, la comodidad de las camas.

Solo dos cosas por mejorar: No me gustó el tipo de jabón que nos dejan en el baño, no es práctico e imposible utilizarlo para bañarse, solo sirve para las manos. Sugiero coloquen dispenser de jabón líquido y de champú. El desayuno buffet es bueno, sin embargo no varía, los 4 días que estuvimos fue lo mismo. En resumen es un buen hotel con pequeñas cosas por mejorar.

"A fantastic hotel in Cusco."

We loved our 5 night stay at Hotel Ruinas! All the staff were next level amazing. Special mention to the breakfast guy who is so dedicated to his job and really looked after us. Oh, and the breakfast spread was great. Comfy room. Heating. Hot showers. And so close to everything, not too far to walk. And the amazing owners private collection in the hotel foyer of Inca artefacts. A museum all in itself. Would 100% recommend staying here.
