"Ce fût très agréable."

Le personnel toujours serviables à répondre aux demandes. Déjeuners très satisfaisants. Piscine petite mais très peu achalandée. Emplacement idéal pour un séjour de plusieurs jours dans le centre historique. Pour tout le reste c'était parfait.

Certains équipements de la chambre devraient être améliorés ou changés. Robinet de la chambre de bain qui coule mal et répand de l'eau. Tiroirs de bureau difficiles à ouvrir ou fermer. Il y aurait un grand avantage à ajouter une chaise dans la chambre.

"Buen descanso"

Está en pleno centro de Cartagena, muy cómodo para visitarlo. Además cuenta con piscina que se agradece porque hace mucho calor. Aire acondicionado en la habitación y agua de cortesía. El personal muy amable nos dejaron guardar las mochilas y nos pidieron taxi al aeropuerto cuando necesitamos. La ducha iba genial.

La habitación era un poco vieja, no tenía ventana exterior y no lo sabíamos , además en algunos lados había un poco de telarañas. Pero no vimos ningún insecto ni nada

The location in the centre was ideal for exploring the old town. In a beautifully restored historic building it was a fascinating place to stsy

The staff were all very helpful & the breakfast offered a wide variety of options & was all beautifully prepared & appetising.

Mi estadía en el Hotel Don Pedro de Heredia fue simplemente encantadora. Desde el momento en que llegué, el ambiente colonial del lugar me hizo sentir como si estuviera viviendo un pedacito de la historia de Cartagena. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro histórico, lo que permite recorrer todo caminando y disfrutar cada rincón de la ciudad sin complicaciones. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y con ese toque tradicional que le da mucho encanto al hotel. Pero lo que realmente destaca es la atención del personal: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Se nota el cariño con el que trabajan. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. Es un lugar ideal si buscas comodidad, buena ubicación y una experiencia auténtica en Cartagena.
