Cuando llueve. El piso es muy resbalado lo q puede ocasionar accidente

Funcionários extremamente prestativos. Localização espetacular, perto de tudo.

O café da manhã começa muito tarde, somente as 07:30 que é servido completo. Os passeios normalmente são as 08h, então temos que comer rápido e sair correndo. Para mim, idealmente, seria começar às 6h.

Comida tupo buffet, habitaciones cómodas, baño interno, piscina, zonas sociales en buen estado. Muy buena ubicación

La buena disposición y atención del personal ,la ubicación, el AA .

The staff is very kind and helpful. Since we arrived to the time we left we were treated with dignity. As we walked to our rooms, the AC was already on for our confort. The rooms were sparkling clean, aa well as the whole facility. Breakfast was excellent!

The only challenge is that the elevator was not working and we had elderly people who had to use the stairs.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Wir haben das Problem selbstständig behoben, nachdem das Personal es nur oberflächlich angegangen ist.
