The garden was pretty. The food was mostly good.

I think some investment must have been made some years ago to change from a hotel to a boutique hotel. However I think it’s better named a hotel. Boutique would mean attractive furniture in the rooms not premier inn identikit wardrobe and units. I realise furniture is not necessarily a high priority. The bed and bathroom were all clean and comfortable. The welcome by one member of staff was unusual and maybe we had done something wrong but they became more friendly the next day.

Great location and amazing staff.

I was staying in a double room with my daughter but it was quite small and the bed was also quite small , appeared to be a small double bed. Both my daughter n me are slim and we both struggled to relax.

Staff helpful and friendly. Nice room. Good food. Great value.

The hotel is in a great location - near the rail and bus stations and a short walk into Perth centre. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The double room was spacious, clean and with a very comfy bed. A great choice on the breakfast menu - delicious food served in an attractively decorated breakfast room. I would be happy to stay here again.
